ART SPERSE 3000
is an efficient deflocculant for the ceramics industry.
It enhances the solids content & lowers the viscosity of clay formulations, improving slip properties & operating conditions, compared to traditional inorganic products such as sodium silicate or STPP.
ART SPERSE 3000 increases slip density and lowers viscosity. By acting as a deflocculant it removes the soluble polyvalent cations present in clays which cause coagulation.
ART SPERSE 3000 also prevents problems consecutive to storage by reducing or eliminating thixotropy.
ART SPERSE 3000 reduces power consumption during wet grinding, spray-drying & firing operations.
It also improves the quality of the final product and lowers maintenance costs.
